So many thoughts
Lately, I have realized a very simple concept
Take time to breathe
Literally.
The last few days I have noticed things to be foggy and unclear
Doubting things I would normally never double think
I stopped and just took a deep breath
Suddenly what was confusing became meaningless
I felt a whole lot more free
From stress
Worry
Most importantly, I became more loving
Sometimes I think we hold onto to things and when the idea of letting go is presented to us we cannot seem to even fathom releasing all of our crap. I mean, lets face it- we all have been offended and hurt. It is easy to understand and defend our hurt but it is not easy to forgive.

If you are like me, and you are thinking of that person who has hurt you- or even a circumstance that was completely unfair- you probably have a million thoughts running through your mind. You probably are starting to feel the tension build up in you chest. You probably think to yourself .. FORGIVENESS .. LETTING GO .. seems like a really nice idea but I can’t do it. Not now.
Here is the thing
Remember all those those that raced through your mind
